Sexy Mommy Coming Through!!

This month is Sexy Moms Month and even though I am a lesbian mom I am still a sexual being.

Romance and passion is important to me and I think this played a major part in my sexual orientation as well. I was never able to reach a level of satisfaction with a man that I could with a woman. I had a major struggle deciding which path to pursue and for a while left my sexual side behind me.

I went into 'frumpy' mode and for a long time denied that part of me that wanted to be touched and loved.

Even still, as a mother, it is hard to come out of my shell sometimes and let down my guard in the bedroom. To overcome this we have spiced things up from time to time, and taking vacations has been a help as well. Whenever we take the time to re-connect I feel a little more beautiful and yes just plain sexy.

As my marriage grows, I know that time is taking it's toll on my body, and so knowing that my inner beauty is just as important in the bedroom as my outer beauty is essential.

Other non-sexual activities can play a big part in this, and I've found that feeling sexy isn't only reserved for the bedroom. Being a great wife and mother makes me feel sexy too. Being strong and nurturing at the same time is hard, and I think it makes me more appealing to my wife.

In any case, you'll find that throughout the month I am going to explore the sexual side of being a Lesbian Mommy, and I hope you'll enjoy the journey.

I think it's important for mothers to embrace their sexual side and role model positive attitudes towards sex for our children who will one day grow into sexual beings themselves.
